Societal Challenges supports the research of the key issues and challenges facing European societies such as health, energy or transport. Project solutions based on so-called social challenges should lead to the interconnection of resources and knowledge across different areas, technologies and disciplines, including the social and human sciences. This is a wide range of activities from research to production. Great emphasis is focused on activities related to innovation (production verification, new product testing, public procurement support, marketing innovation).
