Erasmus+ is the European Union's education program for 2014-2020. Erasmus+ promotes cooperation and mobility in all areas of education, training, sport and youth. Erasmus+ is the successor of the lifelong learning program - the Youth in Action Program and the others (Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Alpha, Edulink and others).
The main objectives of Erasmus+ are: to promote the development of tools for the recognition and validation of skills and qualifications (country and/or international). Ensure free dissemination and exploitation of project results. Promoting open access to educational materials, documents and data carriers created under the auspieces of the program.
Erasmus+ builds on previous programs in support of the international dimension. Above all, in the field of higher education and youth, emphasis on multilingualism and the teaching of foreign languages (it is a basic skill to provide young people with better chances on the labor market).
