Project Concept Note is a form which is used by teams in Flasghips 4EU+ to announce the start of a new collaboration. The Project Concept Note is submitted just once for the whole team to the 4EU + coordinators at the home university of the Principal Investigator. In the case of Charles University, please send the completed form to kristyna.kolinova@ruk.cuni.cz, in copy to 4euplus@cuni.cz.
