Personnel costs Calculation on the basis of: • calendar year • a uniform calculation based on the daily rate Corporate remuneration Calculation: daily rate = actual yearly costs of emlployee ÷ 215 Project remuneration It will be used for employees whose salaries increase in connection with participation in compared with the national daily reference rate (the lower one always applies).
